Terms and Conditions

 Before enrolling, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

 1.    Course Content:
All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, notes, slides and exercises, are the intellectual property of Ingrid Laguna. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without explicit permission.

 2.    Confidentiality:
Participants are encouraged to share their work for feedback and discussion within the course but must respect the confidentiality of others. Any personal information shared during the course should be treated with discretion.

3.    Intellectual Property:
Participants retain the intellectual property rights to their own creative works produced during the course.

4.    Non-Disclosure of Ideas:
In participating in this course, participants acknowledge that Ingrid Laguna is an author with pre-existing creative projects and ideas, and they agree not to hold Ingrid liable for any unintentional similarities between their own works and Ingrid’s existing or future creations.

 5.    No Guarantees:
Ingrid Laguna makes no guarantees regarding the success or outcome of participants' writing endeavours. Progress and success depend on individual effort, dedication, and creativity.

 6.    Cancellation, Changes and Refunds:

Participants may cancel enrolment until 14 days before of the course start date for a full refund. A $100 cancellation fee will apply between 14 and 7 days before the course starts, and no refunds will be issued after this.

Class dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Any course may be cancelled and rescheduled up to one week prior to commencement if there is an insufficient number of participants. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued.

 By enrolling in any of the courses, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Ingrid Laguna reserves the right to modify or update these terms as necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes.
